A 2ª edição da Cimeira Virtual de Educação Especial organizada pela apie – Associação Portuguesa de Investigação Educacional decorrerá entre Fevereiro e Março de 2009.
Nesta edição participam países oriundos de cinco continentes.
Para organizarmos esta cimeira convidámos diversas associações, escolas, instituições, profissionais da educação, encarregados de educação e jovens com nee de diversas partes do mundo.
Cada entidade participante enviou um artigo acerca de uma temática relacionada com a educação especial. Assim, temos artigos e alguns links que sugerimos, oriundos de países como: Portugal, Espanha, Brasil, Austrália, Cuba, Estados Unidos da América, Peru, Chile, Cabo Verde, França, Inglaterra, Índia, Canadá, Itália e Argentina.
Procuramos uma vez mais efectuar uma ponte de conhecimento entre diversos países, onde a partilha, a exposição e a discussão serão fundamentais para o esclarecimento e melhor clarificação das problemáticas relacionadas com a educação especial.
